Why Bank every 5 years need to change our debit card? Ok Of course if kena scammer , hacker using it of course you faster call bank tell them to cancel this card and send a new one.

But lets say you never encounter any , but bank every 5 years send you a new debit card. I mean actually is for safeguard purpose?

Kinda troublesome you know need to re enter new debit card info to those subscribe services.
