Trump's staff is even considering moving the headquarters of the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) out of Washington, which suggests a more comprehensive restructuring of environmental policies.

The planned changes include withdrawing from the Paris Agreement entirely, lifting restrictions on drilling and mining, ending the suspension of permits for new natural gas export terminals, and rolling back pollution restrictions in California and other states.
