“Father” is an English word which Moses, Jacob, David, Solomon, Jesus and other prophets never use in their life time.
Allah revealed the final revelation in Arabic.We have been using the same word as used by prophet Muhammad.So you should Question your Authors not Allah or Prophet Muhammad.

And say, “All praise is for Allah, Who has never had ˹any˺ offspring;nor does He have a partner in ˹governing˺ the kingdom;nor is He pathetic, needing a protector.And revere Him immensely.”Quran 17:111
