The speaker in the youtube is not able to provide any evidence that Li said this. Moreover, he said China's official unemployment rate (of about 4-5%) is not true because he looked around and saw that many of his friends are jobless, hence he came to the conclusion that the actual rate is a lot higher. Again, this is very subjective and depends on your circle of family, friends, contacts etc. Need more concrete evidence to see this.
