When you’re talking about the Levant region, people indigenous to the region all look a certain type. Are you saying that Jesus descended from genetics that are foreign to the Levant?

Your example of India does not apply here because everyone who’s even a little bit educated would know that the current Indian population is a mix of indigenous natives of the subcontinent genetically mixed with Aryan Caucasian invaders from Central Asia, to differing levels. So you get light skin with Caucasian features to dark skin with austronesian features as you go from north to south.

Jesus descended from Mary's lineage which can be traced back to King David and beyond. In the bible though, Joseph, Mary's husband, is cited instead when tracing the house Jesus descended from, but their lineages are essentially the same since Joseph was also Mary's cousin.

King Solomon, David's son, was cited in the bible to have married many foreign women. royalty from distant and neighbouring lands, these would include Assyrian kingdoms of which a good percentage of today's Iranians and Iraqis are descendents of. 

Iraqis look more Arabic [hairy and darker colouring] while Iranians look more Caucasoid. It would not surprise me if a good number of Jewish people from biblical times also had caucasoid features.

Just like India, the cradle of ancient civilisation, is a melting pot of varying physiological tones and colours, so is the middle east.
