Yes, the US Department of Justice (DOJ) found Keppel Offshore & Marine (KOM) executives guilty of corruption. The DOJ alleged that the executives paid large commissions to intermediaries in Brazil to secure contracts.

What happened?
The DOJ found that five high-level KOM executives paid large commissions to intermediaries under the guise of legitimate consulting agreements.

The Corrupt Practices Investigation Bureau (CPIB) investigated the executives for almost five years.
