Well, Gaddafi played Russia and China out. At the end, China and Russia did NOT veto UN resolution on "no-fly zone"! Without help from China and Russia, Libya fell miserably.

Whereas in the case of North Korea and Vietnam, the stories are completely different! 

Why?

China and USSR made the difference!

Iran still has many people, including top military and  government officials, who lookup to Assmerica and hope to benefit by making peace with Assmerica regardless of Iran's national interest. Sad case.

With or without China's veto it doesn't make a difference. The West does not need any UN resolution to attack any country. It either lie its way to war at the UN or use proxies on the ground to wage war without the UN. You're smart enough to know that. 

As for looking up to Assmerica, a great many people all over the world do. One of them being Xi Jinping himself who supposedly sent his only daughter to study there. 

Nothing to be sad here. Because America is a great country with a terrific history of fighting against British colonialism just like China did, but with ideals such as personal liberty & freedom of speech in-built into the Constitution that people in China can only dream of. What is sad about Assmerica today is that it is colonised by Zionist perpetual war mongers who are destroying America from within. But that has not always been the case & I'm more optimistic than you in saying that increasingly more Americans are waking up to the neo-colonialisation of their country.
