How the PAP policies over time eroded job security by allowing hire and fire practices, systematic replacement of Singaporeans by large foreign influx, ageism ....

Things have given downhill last 15yrs and job security has deteriorated.

How does all this benefit Singaporeans? It hasn't and we can't keep waiting for the PAP to do something....
