How will the US-China trade war end & what do these tariffs mean for you? Is China really “winning” & "taking over the world"? Or did President Trump just checkmate China?

If you look at this GDP chart. The US has gained so much in the last few years. A cut of a few % would only mean setting back to a few years. Still maintaining some gain. For China,  it will b a different picture esp when they have done so much maintaining little GDP growth in the last few years. All the efforts will b gone plus plus who knows.
