PA, CC and RC cannot connect with communities?

Each Minister with portfolio cannot identify needs and gaps?

MOH, MOM, MOE, HDB . . . all cannot identify do their job ?

Grassroots only listen and write letters . . .also cannot identify gaps?


HUH!  The whole Govt Topo to Bottom all failed this country.
