Don't think a mind-reading robot will be useful in a factory environment as product manufacturing requires precision and repeatability.
Worst will be a robot that will behave erratically with the mood swings of a worker.

Mind reading will be more suited for eldercare robots, especially those looking after bedridden individuals.
