The minority who are not vaccinated may cause the country to have CB, perhaps back to phase 1.  It is best that all residents in Singapore should be vaccinated.

I doubt if any new mass infection there will be a nationwide lockdown, maybe more surgical. For example, a hawker center cluster closed mass testing and cleaning.
Yes, the best is everyone is vaccinated but ..... what to do. You can call them iron teeth, selfish, or thinking they are special which obversely not, is their choice
Gov will open up more and most at risk at the non vaccinated but they only bring some inconvenience to those who are fully jabbed
