hawker food is still cheap. the landlord will be utilmate winner as they will up rental after the successful price up by hawker.
hawker will pay if still can make money with the new price.  nothing new. just keep repeating like groundhog day.

I will definitely not patronise the stall again. 

There are so many other better options for $5.50.
