What nonsense about "no intention to attack nuclear power plants but to comply with the standards of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAES)"?. Has IAEA said anything about the plant not complying? On other hand, the IAEA chief said it was "not normal" for Russia to take control of the nuclear plants and let Ukrainians continue to operate them.
