20 years of finance, manpower, weapons and other resources. On top of these, they also had to take care of the welfare of the people in their territories.

Extremely difficult task and they made it! And managed to take over the whole Afghanistan within such a short time when foreign forces are withdrawing!

They have done an excellent job.

Don't ever look down on them!

Yarmai. The Mujahidins are unconquerable. The British forces lost them in the 1800s, the Soviets lost to them in the late 1970s.

US oso give up and pack bags go home. Unwinnable war. Need to supply the rebels now with weapons and fight their own wars. Really tragic turn of events. Countryman against countryman. Over what?
