ahjib already sentenced but to physically put him in jail is another thing

Heard that the trial judge who convicted Ah Jib is now under investigation

Apparently, before he became a judge he worked as Maybank's Legal Counsel & Secretary directly involved in the setting up of the company which Ah Jib was charged guilty for the offences commited

He failed to declare conflict of interest when he presided over Ah Jib's case.. So now there may be a mistrial

Malaysia is a screwed up country
