Why buy a S$1 million HDB resale flat instead of a private condo?

Of course Hdb flats must do catch up to the ever increasing psf of condos. Govt land tender keeps private developers to bid higher higher to sell higher higher. HDB flats got huge advantages:- bigger, come 99 years good chance of sers. Private shoebox condos flats come 99 years who is going to buy over? More likely return back to govt. You me not around anymore to see the BIG CRASH of private shoebox condos once lease expires in 99 years time.
