you must go thru these things then you'll know. otherwise you whole day wondering how ppl do this and that

next now a days Reno works is " subjective " also the materials now a days

Not lasting compare to last time. EPIC Is I noticed people do Reno , just after few months or year some parts tear off etc

again you have to move your stuffs, waste time doing these.
