The is a growing and serious problem in Singapore and it is getting worse and worse.

The main factors is higher stress, rising cost of living and rising poverty. One factor is job security. Increasingly singaporeans have to worry about this, the way workers are appraised performance managed to squeeze them ....all adds to "anxiety" and stress to drive down fertility.

Singapore has lowest feetlity rate in the world.
It is driven by extreme factors and a vicious cycle created by PAP policies.

PAP will use falling fertility to justify more labor imports which causes stress (now euphemistically called anxiety is our national day rally").

Low fertility means our local singaporean sociey will just shrink and diminish...which defeats the whole purpose of everything else.

The PAP is just making everythibg worse ...

I agree with what you have written, nowadays young couples because of many factors against them, makes them rear a dog instead of a child.
