For all intent, Ukraine has lost the war

It is now completely dependant on American handouts to pay civil service and army salaries

The much anticipated "August Kherson Counter-Offensive", touted to be Ukraine's last chance to turn the tide, is not happening. Blamed on "slow Western weapons delivery". But more likely reason is that the Ukranian war tactics  pin down its troops in trenches amidst Russian artillery fire, preventing any chance to stage a counter offensive.

CNN footages revealed Ukrainians fleeing towards Russian controlled territories.
