I wonder why people are even debating this when it is just facts

1. China property sector is in trouble with big developers collapsing. There is ongoing mortgage boycott where people refuse to pay their housing loan. Demaand has collapsed

2. Zero COVID policy is causing economy to slowdowqn and disrupt supply chain. It has a devastating impact on the economy and livelihood of people.

3. China is dependent on external demand for it's exports but has soured relationships with it's biggest trading partners EU and US.

4. The political economy led to policies that stifle the most innovative tech companies and promotion of inefficient state owned enterprises.

5. It also have self inflicted wounds from negative demographics ...one child policy 

6. Youth unemployment at record highs 

China economy will slow and weaken in coming years due to missteps and mistakes.

The zero Covid is nothing but a smoke screen to keep unhappy peasants under control. Think zero Covid is the lesser evil compare to economy set backs
