The govt said there are 30,000 PMET jobs unfilled and there are no local taker and need foreign imports.

if the national unemployment registry has confirmed 100,000 unemployed PMETs, why can't the govt train them to take up the 30,000 jobs ?

We have actual real number in the unemployment registry to take action.
there is no need to import manpower because we have excess local unemployed manpower to tap

currently there is no data on unemployed PMETs who want to work.
