So count ourselves lucky that they don't party along the corridors too.

Not leh this HDB flat just like Toa Payoh peak etc some flat , resident got access card to unlock the access level

For an example you stay at level 5 only resident at level 5 can access the floor level

I also puzzle how delivery guy send parcel or food if resident stay there
