Kherson city is harder to defend after almost all supply lines are cut,
retreat south end of Dnipro river clear their logistic difficulties
and gives them much stronger defense line.
It is PR disaster for Rus, while west media are celebrating.

Politically the retreat could give chance of Peace deal but doubt Zelen
will listen. If no deal are made, Rus likely to start Winter offensive.
