Below are three possible explanations, just choose one

First they did not test. 

Second there are other disease s competition with covid, blocking covid entry. 

Third their vaccine works better than the rest. 

Have to say Africa also perform well in fact even better consider many are unvaccinated.
Only Delta variants kill the most.

I suspect their reporting is in question, else their vaccines are better...........
