All Singaporeans wanted to know is a simple answer from legal experts whether a stern warning verdict for 6 KOM corruption CEOs is sufficient ie right or wrong?

Should they be prosecuted or not?

Some of those legal experts missed the forest for the trees - no one is asking whether anti corruption act is needed to be strengthen or not?

I don't know what all sinkies need to know but I do know what you need to know is this.

If you poh mata, say a man trespassed into your house (offence lumber one) and rub your laubu's abalone until she wet wet (offence lumber two), they will take down your statement and the AG will charge the man.

But neither you nor your laobu agrees to attend court.  Both of you are key witnesses.  Without your attending court, the prosecution cannot prove its case.  Do you follow?
