This Duterte risks his life to implement his policies. 

Like other leaders, there are 2 sides. One side shows the good that he had done. The other side shows the bad that he had done. If there is no money, people will have resorted to the extreme.

He can do what he wants to solve problems ...in the end problem has to be solved. ..but it was not ...not a single kingpin was captured or charged.

You expect those innocent whose life were lost to stay silent...that us not going to happen
