The Government would have no reason to ban unvax from entering the Mall if our medical system is not overloaded,  and we have adequate hospital and care facilities to handle those other hospitalised patients.  It is always expensive to increase the number of hospital and care facilities.  For example,  it can cost several thousand just to increase an ICU bed.  What about the running cost?

Quite sure any Government will want to avoid such expenditure if it can be avoided.  One way they can do so is to get as many people vaccinated as possible;  failing which they will have to find other measures to prevent these unvaccinated people from getting sick.  Forcing unvaccinated people from visiting places where they can get infected will be one such measure.  Quite sure more such measures will be implemented.  Forcing unvaccinated people to isolate themselves from visiting other public places cannot be ruled out if banning them from visiting malls cannot solve the problem.

According to MOH's charts,  the unvaccinated are the ones most likely to use the oxygen facilities and ICU beds.  The unvaccinated population is less than 7% (18% minus 10% <12  & 3% already infected and immuned),  but uses up more than 50% of existing oxygen facilities and ICU beds.
