more like minimum 24M per year 
Our reserves have been raided. 
The Suckmythumb's  bigger plot of land would have fitted ONE THOUSAND 5 room HDB flats of 1000SQFT Side By Side .  And this is not factoring yet the vertical height potential.
( lets say a height of 20 storeys per block . This would mean 20,000 X 5 room HDB flats! If one HDB flat sold for 500K , it would yield the reserves 10 BILLION in profits!
And the HDB peasant buyers will be paying FULL MARKET RATE to SLA for the land and contributing to the reserves! while some greedy fat pig is feeding on our reserves and paying cheap rental occupying 550,000 sqft feet of prime GCB land!
