mixing bicycle with other faster and harder vehicle is not the long term way to go.
better speed up building bicycle lane and ban bicycle on road for other traffic for safety.

LTA must start collecting COE from bicycles to have money to build cycling lanes

Or else, we will have more of them on pedestrain path
