I agree that the citizens must not rely on the govt too much. This stand requires downsizing the govt to a tiny fraction in size of cabinet today as well as huge reduction in the number of POH that is on the take of the taxes collected.

It doesnt mean citizens dont rely too much on govt. The cost of living will drop drastically.

He is not saying something new. It's the same theory since Margaret Thatcher times of big govt vs small govt theory.

For citizens not to rely on govt, the govt mechanism has to downsize to a very tiny setup. Then there isn't a need to collect as much taxes to pay for the high administration cost. 

Cost of medical is crazy here because the system protects them and refuse to allow OTC as the alternative.
