I was told by M’sian frds that foreigners buying m’sian properties pays a higher premiums compared to m’sians. Last time, an agent told me that minimum purchase of m’sian property must be at least 1 million ringgits. Not sure now such rule stil in place or not.

Is quite Standard isn't ? Same for SG , foreigners need to pay higher , extra.
