Policies cannot cater to those who want luxuries. We do no go and make landed property cheap so that people can own it. We don't subsidise rolex watches or holidays to europe.
Policy cannot be designed for a small minority who want luxury living.

Ferrai is a luxury , KIA is a working class car.
COE for Ferrari is approx 10 % of the car while COE for KIA is 400% the cost of the vehicle.
Working class are not asking for subsidy of luxury car
Why is the govt subsidising the rich on luxury car COE?
