Hmm....
Why he never petition to end diplomatic relationships with Russia?
Bombing Ukraine shopping mall, hospital, school, church, etc...
And Putin is charged as a War criminal.

The International Criminal Court issues an arrest warrant for Putin.

Why?🤭

Because the Israel military managed to kill more women and children within 10days than in 2yrs of Ukraien war. 

Thus rate of killing has to be stopped because if it continues it is a black mark for humanity...everyone those involved and those who do nothing are culpable
