A little bird told me that ah On was very arrogant and snobbish when he talked to the healthcare staff. Like master to slave talk and tone. That can be very bad especially when the current situation is not just dependent on the pay you give to them but their trust and belief of cause to work for...

Sad that we have in leadership position of the likes of ong, ccs, jos etc... (Edited cos they don't fit the definition of leaders, just merely occupying the position).
