My security procedure to prevent Scammer is this:

Never click on any link or install any unverified app.

If the bank msg me any fund transfer I cannot recall , I will not panic first but check my latest bank balance. If bank balance still current, then I will block the msg and inform my bankers.

Dont always think never click link or downloading any app, you are safe from scam. We need to do more to protect ourselves from scammers. There is no such thing call safe in the internet if you have an email account. Hacker can easily hacked into your email account to steal your personal data.
