Last time, I had a choice to pick a main developer for a short term project.

I had a choice to pick a 40+,a 30+ and a 20+ developers.
Their skills were equally good.
The 20+ and 30+ developers worked faster than the 40+ developer.
All of them could always complete project on time.

But I picked the 40+ developer even if he was not that fast as the other 2 developers.

Do you know why ?
