Your simplistic comparison of a country with 1.4B market size vs a 5.8m island market. China closed its border from 1949 till 1984 and hey they still around ….. can SG closes its border for …. 1-2 years? SG is smaller than most if not all of China states for crying out loud.

Come on, you can do better than that.
