Good question. The commoners shd not be cowed by threats. Who knows they can even says, “if you don’t vote for me, you wil never get this or that”. Not to forget everybody shd be fair becos they all pay taxes.

Oh yea. I can recalled now that they used upgrading of estates tactics to threaten citizens. Oppositions wards wil not get priority in upgrading. Wow! This is rather cheap thrills and disgusting.
