in other countries, the govt is accountable to the unemployed. because their govt will need to provide uemployment benefits if unemployed cannot find jobs. their govt must provide jobs or unemployment benefits. singapore govt is not accountable to the unemployed. because PAP does not need to provide uemploment benefit or jobs if the unemployed cannot find jobs. PAP provide nothing to the unemployed. thus bringing more foreigners has no impact on PAP.

The govt tells Sinkies to be prepared to compete with Foreign Talents, but that also doesn't apply to them. It is always "do as they say", but not "do as they do".
