Foreigners are dying to leave their homes and work in Singapore. Singaporeans are dying to avoid going to work.

If the survey results are accurate, then we know why 95% of jobs created in 2023 and 89% in 2022 went to foreigners. PRs and S'poreans have to fight for the few remaining jobs that FTs reject. This is the reverse of what is happening in almost every other developed nation in the world.
