I thought we were not supposed to bring in other religions. 

The point remains, the message of the Quran cannot be from satan because the Quran teaches you to do what satan would not want you to do and teaches you to refrain from doing what satan would want you to do. 

If there are instructions to do good in other religions, we can also say that instruction cannot be from satan.
