that why all the  singapore property related business all control by PAP and HDB

actually I just find out come install Main door , there " seem no rules state every Unit must be fire proof door " Partly I see one ad wow want the door to be fire poof is so call " upgrade need to pay 300 bucks more ? " this means there are people install non fire proof main door in HDB unit who knows near lift lobby like that fire break out hoorsay liao ???? Just now i post the link Govt already mention those near lift lobby must install fire proof doors
