The new approach is just wayang…the turbulence happened so sudden, pilots failed to ask passengers to return to the seats and fasten seat belts, the seat belt warning lights were not on…passengers were not informed what was going on through out. It doesn’t matter if they serve meals or drinks or not, the injuries were not caused by that. SIA management must investigate why the pilots never turned on seatbelt lights and giving warning at that time, were they sleeping or what?
