Walked from B2 Plaza Singapura mrt area  to bus stop at road level..Tap my mrt card. Then exited opposite coz it was faster to get to bus stop than walk one round  etc. About 10.55 am (Wednesday). Was NOT crowded at all.
I was charged $1.09. From 1st tap to 2nd tap was less than 30 secconds.

All I can say is

THIS FOOKING GOVT...
