yet these doctors continue to sign the contract to study the course and serve the bond. why they complain about the things known to them when they signed the contract ? It is like you sign a contract to borrow money and then later complain about the high interest rate for repayment ?

All of the medical undergrads know about the low pay and long hours in public hospitals when serving the bond. Most of them just didn't know that the actual conditions would be so inhumane. The toll on their mental health can be dilapidating.
