why stern warning
either they committed a crime and should be prosecuted
or no crime ..nothing happens
so the law can be applied 'arbitratily' depending on who you are ah

De Jesus was involved in corruption in connection with certain drilling rig construction contracts entered into by subsidiaries of Sembcorp Marine with Sete Brasil in 2012, and sentenced to 19 years and 4 months in prison. I remember that LHL praised Keppel Felsl for being a world leader in oil rig building...........therefore we should allow this to deteriorate in the rig building world, so a stern warning seems to be a good move by our gov.....................

pap really know how to avoid when corruption like this occured. why double standard. very serious case and yet only warnings, how to teach the young to differentiate right and wrongs. This is a wrong things and yet no punishment is mete out. Trying to be clean government proved like wise. Corruption is only for them while others will be punished.
