this type of beef is very easy to cook because it is marbled with fat.

just pan fry each side on high fire for 1 minute, and add some freshly grounded pepper.

No. My method you can eat all the protein with less fat and meat tender but not mushy and need not pay a bomb.  there is a reason why outside beef horfun use cheaper cut.

They have ways to make it soft. I know their method already. The lean ones has better nutrition and way cheaper.
