u cannot choose to be wise wisdom' come from actual experience with life there are alot of pple who like to 'avoid'  difficult situations wat they are 'avoiding' is life will rthese pple become 'wise' oneday after 'avoiding' difficult life experiences...

You don't seem to understand the title or content of this thread at all. I was asking that in the hypothetical case ( a fictional scenario ) that God grants you one wish, which would you choose? Would you choose to be given wisdom, wealth or good looks/beauty?

For me wisdom is highly desirable and is the only thing that matters. I'm a believer and I'd like to say wisdom is a central theme of God's Word. The book of Proverbs often speaks of wisdom. It never tells us to be led by emotions, but it strongly encourages us to pursue wisdom, a combination of balance, common sense, and good judgement.

People led by their feelings do not want to wait for anything. They want everything right now, but wisdom waits for the proper time to do things. Wisdom always waits for the right time to act while our personal desires call for immediate action. Emotionalism is rash. It doesn't stop to consider the outcome of its actions. While wisdom calmly looks ahead to determine how a decision will affect the future, feelings are only concerned with what's happening at the moment. Wisdom is full of prudence, and prudence is good management.

The Bible says, "If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him" (James 1:5). The old proverb that says, "A wise son makes a glad father, but a foolish son is the grief of his mother" (Proverbs 10:1), is completely accurate. No one can be prouder than Dad when his child makes a wise decision. But when a child acts without wisdom, on one grieves more deeply than a mother. Proverbs also says if we cry out for discernment and seek it like a hidden treasure we will find all the knowledge of God (Proverbs 2:3-5). I believe that's all the knowledge, wisdom, and discernment we could possibly need. Let's cry out to God and save ourselves some grief, shall we?

If God gives you one wish, would you choose to be the richest, wisest or best looking person in the world? If you are the wealthiest person, you may buy anything you fancy and never have to work. If you are the wisest person, you will always make the correct decisions in life for you and your loved ones. If you are the best looking person, you would be able to secure an attractive life partner, improve your employment prospects and probably have more opportunities to be rich since more doors will be opened to you.

Should be Wise a better choice mah.

If you dam smart, cunning, etc Than obviously come money you know how to make a lot money in fast way.

Come attractive, can just go plastic surgery fix with money.

Attractive is more for one wanna be in entertainment industry also need to have some luck also you can act or not.

Last time he dam poor one , stay in those poor people place in HK. Been spotted later become artist now so rich

Andy lau also , Arron kwok than Jacky , Leo , they all last time not say rich been spotted due to their looks and also can act , dance, sing in return attractive make them rich.
