most unfortunate is ong. looks like a normal business entertainment expenses in most of the charges he is related.
especially room, they are perishable for the days. giving away a few non book rooms a day without charges does not cause any lost. it will be gone after the day is over anyway. some time high level people stay can even attract others to stay.
